History of school

The Bal Bharati Public School, NTPC Gadarwara under the aegis of Child Education Society begin in April 2018, nestled at Narmada Vihar NTPC Gadarwara. Child Education Society was set up in the year 1944 during the pre-independence era when the founders thought that Indian culture, heritage, tradition and ethos must be preserved and fostered. In order to achieve these objectives, it became obligatory for the Society to educate the young people.

Presently the affairs of the Society are managed by the Board of Management consisting of eminent educationists and social workers. It is headed by Sh. Nikhil Channa, an eminent educationist and a social worker, as the President of the Society. The society at present runs 25 institutions which include 15 schools, 07 Project schools in collaboration with the Indian Railways, and National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and 03 institutions.

The Bal Bharati Public School NTPC Gadarwara started the classes from Mont I & VII. The first batch of class X passed out of the school in 2022. Today, school has become one of the most prestigious schools in Gadarwara and surrounding area for providing a quality education to students of classes Mont I to XI.
