Moot Court @ BBPS Dwarka

Bbps Dwarka pioneered  mooting and litigation simulation  in school arena with the launch of First ABT Bbps Interschool Moot Court Competition which was inaugurated by Mr Surinder S. Rathi , Director National Legal Services Authority,  Ministry of Law and Justice,  Government of India. The challenge of litigation and memorial writing was taken up by  students from 26  reputed schools teams of India who found it a highly intellectually stimulating experience.   Mr Sanjay  Rathi,  Co Chairman Delhi Bar Council , Ms Amita Gupta Advocate,  Mr Brij Bhushan, Senior Advocate Supreme Court Gupta graced the Final Adjudication Panel . They appreciated the initiative taken by the school and lauded the participants for their research and succinct presentation.

Mrs S.Gandhi , gave away the Championship Trophy to St Thomas School  Dwarka and Best Speaker Trophy to Prabhav Narang of Host School.  Mrs Suruchi Gandhi  School Principal  acknowledged the support of Mr Gaurav Bhatara, Director AB Tutorials,  Latestlaws.com and The Hindu Newspaper in  organising this  maiden venture . She encouraged participants to pursue their passion with conviction and perseverance.
