Procedure

Admissions for the academic year 2024-25 at Balvatika, catering to grades I to XII, commence from March 15th onwards.
Pre-Admission Procedures:
1. Prospective applicants can obtain the Prospectus from the School’s Reception on all working days, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Should there be a need to meet the Admission Executive, visits are welcome between 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
2. Upon deciding to proceed with the admission process, applicants are required to submit the Admission Form along with the specified documents. Upon receipt, the Admission Executive will schedule the written test/interaction (for Classes Bal Vatika - XII) on weekdays. Results will be communicated within 48 hours via phone/email.
Post-Admission Procedures:
Once admission is granted, parents are required to deposit the fees and submit the following documents:
1. Transfer Certificate (TC) and Report Card from the last attended class.
2. Medical Form completed by parents.
3. Five passport-sized photographs of the child.
4. Completed Escort Card provided by parents.
5. New scholars will receive their section allotment and timetable from the Class Rep/Teacher on the same day.
6. If the joining date differs from the School Calendar, parents are requested to inform the Admissions Office via email.
Documents Required with the Application:
- Self-attested photocopies of:
    i. Municipal Birth Certificate
    ii. Proof of residence (e.g., ration card, Aadhar Card) in the name of any one parent
    iii. Original Medical certificate of Fitness
    iv. Passport-sized color photograph of the child
    v. TC & Report Card for classes I onwards
    vi. Aadhar Card of the Child & Parents
    vii. PAP Certificate
    viii. UDISE no.
    ix. Permanent Education no. (PEN)
    x. Samagra ID
Note: Incomplete or incorrect applications will not be accepted.

- Original birth certificate
- Original proof of residence
- Original Aadhar Card
School Uniform:
All students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform, details of which are available on the school website. Parents are advised to ensure the correctness of the material, tailoring, cut, and style.
School Timings:
- Pre-School & Pre-Primary: 8:30 am to 1.00 pm
- Class I to XII: 7.45 am to 2:05 pm
